Financial Advisor
What You'll Own
- Handle inbound pre-qualified leads — consult, advise, and enroll, no prospecting required
- Conduct thorough financial consultations to assess debt profile and program fit
- Present SecureWay's settlement program, handle objections, and guide clients through enrollment
- Keep a 25%+ conversion rate on qualified lead flow
- Maintain accurate CRM records and independently manage a full pipeline
- Stay current on FTC/TSR compliance requirements and program guidelines
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in debt settlement, financial sales, collections, or a related field
- Strong consultative phone presence — able to build trust and close in a single call
- Self-starter who performs at a high level with minimal supervision
- Reliable home office with high-speed internet and a distraction-free environment
- CRM experience required; debt-to-income analysis experience a strong plus
Compensation
$90K–$130K+
