Responsibilities and Duties
- Possesses the ability to prospect new customers and solicit new business with assistance from Financial Advisor Officers or managers.
- Utilizes cross-selling techniques to promote other banking services to both new and existing customers.
- Maintains ongoing contact with customers to foster positive relationships.
- Conducts comprehensive financial planning for clients and conducts periodic reviews.
- Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Attends departmental meetings.
- Participates in civic and community organizations, representing the bank while maintaining personal interests.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other related duties as directed by management.
- Knowledge of securities and investment products, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of financial planning for individuals and businesses.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and principles.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within strict time constraints.
- A college degree is preferred.
- One to two years of relevant experience is preferred.

- Medium Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting most of the time and walking and standing some of the time.
- Series 7/66 licenses and/or three to five years of experience may be required.
