About the role

As a Financial Advisor at New York Life in Orlando, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning and investment advice to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular meetings and communications
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand client needs and goals
• Provide comprehensive financial planning solutions including investments, insurance, and retirement planning
• Adapt to and comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Life Insurance License (if not already obtained)
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability as needed
