Financial Advisor
About the role
A successful wealth management firm in the Sheboygan area is seeking a polished Financial Advisor to step into an established client base and support long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advisor for an established group of clients
- Lead client review meetings and ongoing planning conversations
- Provide financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and investment guidance
- Partner with client service, planning, and investment teams to support client needs
- Identify additional planning opportunities within existing relationships
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, CPAs, and attorneys
- Maintain accurate client notes, follow-ups, and compliance documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar client-facing advisory role
- Series 65 OR Series 7 and Series 66 required
- CFP preferred
- Strong financial planning experience required if not CFP
- Polished communication skills and strong client relationship ability
- Experience with affluent or high-net-worth clients preferred
- Comfortable working onsite
Benefits
The position offers a base salary of $120K - $140K plus benefits.
