• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills/experience
• Ability to obtain Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (sponsorship provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others
• Proven work ethic, integrity, and commitment to personal success
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
