Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Financial Advisor to partner closely with an established advisor in serving and growing an existing book of business in Moosic, PA. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to build trusted client relationships, support long-term continuity of service, contribute to a smooth transition of responsibilities over time, and help drive the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with an established advisor to service, retain, and grow an existing book of business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful planning, and consistent follow-through.
  • Support client meetings, financial planning discussions, investment strategy conversations, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Aid in transition planning to ensure continuity of client service and a seamless experience for clients over time.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support additional planning, investment, and wealth management needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests, operational needs, and practice priorities are handled efficiently and professionally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial services role.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a book of business.
  • Strong background in retirement planning, wealth management, financial planning, or estate planning.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn client trust and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning tools, and portfolio management concepts.
  • High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a fiduciary mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client meeting skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and financial planning software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Physical/Other Requirements

Must be able to sit at a workstation and view a computer screen for extended periods. The role may require work during periods of increased activity, particularly when meeting client needs or business deadlines.
