What You’ll Do
- Focus on financial plans that evolve to pursue short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide guidance on managing day-to-day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against the unexpected.
- Engage with the community to attract new clients and partner with local military organizations, units, and institutions.
- Coach military families on building a comprehensive financial plan that includes: Savings/banking, Investments/wealth management, Insurance/risk management.
Training and Licensing Support
- Comprehensive training and licensing program sponsored by First Command.
- Structured training and test preparation to obtain necessary securities and Life & Health licenses.
- No prior licensing required upon completion of the paid trainee program.
Role Progression
- Transition from paid trainee to independent contractor Financial Advisor after successful completion of the paid trainee program.
- Earn income based on the value delivered and results achieved.
Compensation
- Hourly wage for 3 months followed by a salaried position with progressive incentives during the nine-month paid training period.
- No cap on earning potential: Compensation reflects effort and is based on competitive commissions, residual income, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
