What You’ll Do

• Focus on financial plans that evolve to meet short-term and long-term goals.
• Provide guidance on managing day-to-day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against the unexpected.
• Engage with the community to attract new clients, supported by local district teams and Home Office.
• Coach military families on creating a comprehensive financial plan that includes:
  • Savings/banking
  • Investments/wealth management
  • Insurance/risk management

Training and Licensing Support

• Comprehensive training and licensing program sponsored by First Command.
• Structured training and test preparation to obtain necessary securities and Life & Health licenses.
• No prior licensing required upon completion of the paid trainee program.

Role Progression

• Transition from paid training role to independent contractor Financial Advisor after successful completion of the paid trainee program.
• Possibility to run your own practice while earning income based on the value delivered and results achieved.

Career Path

• Compensation structure includes an hourly wage for the first three months, transitioning to a salaried position with progressive incentives during the nine-month paid training period.
• No cap on earning potential: Compensation reflects effort and is based on competitive commissions, residual income, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
