What You’ll Do
- Focus on financial plans that evolve to meet short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide guidance on managing day-to-day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against the unexpected.
- Engage with the community to attract new clients, supported by local district teams and Home Office.
- Coach military families on creating a comprehensive financial plan that includes:
- Savings/banking
- Investments/wealth management
- Insurance/risk management
Training and Licensing Support
- Comprehensive training and licensing program sponsored by First Command.
- Structured training and test preparation to obtain necessary securities and Life & Health licenses.
- No prior licensing required upon completion of the paid trainee program.
Role Progression
- Transition from paid training role to independent contractor Financial Advisor after successful completion of the paid trainee program.
- Possibility to run your own practice while earning income based on the value delivered and results achieved.
Career Path
- Compensation structure includes an hourly wage for the first three months, transitioning to a salaried position with progressive incentives during the nine-month paid training period.
- No cap on earning potential: Compensation reflects effort and is based on competitive commissions, residual income, bonuses, and deferred compensation.
