Responsibilities

• Review financial plans developed by the planning team
• Attend scheduled meetings with clients, typically 5-6 per week
• Focus on client onboarding through a structured process involving 2-3 meetings
• Collaborate with a dedicated processor for paperwork
• Maintain a closing ratio of 30% on client meetings

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a financial advisor with closing experience
• Possession of a Series 65 license
• An insurance license is preferred
• Background as a college athlete or in military service is preferred
