We're looking for experienced Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and Financial Planners in the New York area to evaluate and improve AI-generated career guidance — ensuring it's accurate, practical, and grounded in real-world industry knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Review career-related questions from financial professionals at different career stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within financial services
• Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
• Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Professional experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar role
• Strong understanding of financial services career paths, client management, and advisory practices
• Experience mentoring or coaching financial professionals
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
• Based in or familiar with the New York financial services market

Nice to Have

• CFP, CFA, or similar professional credentials
• Wealth management or investment advisory experience
• Practice management experience
• Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation workflows
