Job Details

  • Financial Advisor (2 Openings)

Location

Westborough, MA (on-site / flexible – travel to client meetings when needed)

Financial Advisor (3–5 Years Experience)

  • Compensation: $100K – $110K base + annual bonus
  • Experience: 3–5 years in wealth management / financial planning
  • CFP®: 1000Preferred; required within 6–12 months of hire

Financial Advisor (5–10 Years Experience)

  • Compensation: $120K – $140K+ base + annual bonus (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Experience: 5–10 years in wealth management / financial planning
  • CFP®: Preferred; required within first year of employment

Role Overview

  • Focus on supporting and transitioning an existing client base from senior advisors/partners.
  • Over time, become the lead advisor on these accounts, with business development becoming a larger part of the role as you grow.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for advisors who want:
  • A built-in book of business (not starting from scratch)
  • A clear path to lead advisor responsibility
  • Long-term growth within an established firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior advisors to support and manage existing client relationships
  • Gradually transition into primary advisor responsibility for assigned accounts
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning across:
  • Investments
  • Retirement
  • Estate
  • Tax strategies
  • Insurance planning
  • Conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and ongoing relationship management
  • Provide high-touch, personalized service aligned with client goals
  • Collaborate internally to ensure seamless client experience

Business Development (Future Focus)

  • Begin building relationships and contributing to growth over time
  • Leverage referrals, centers of influence, and networking
  • Increase business development responsibilities as client ownership grows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Relevant experience in wealth management or financial planning (3–10 years depending on level)
  • CFP® designation preferred; required within first year of employment
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable advice
  • Series 7 & 63 (or 65/66) required
  • Clean U4 record

  • Comfortable inheriting and managing an existing book of business
  • Motivated by long-term career development rather than pure sales production
