Financial & Administrative Applications Manager
for each heading. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse content:
- Intro about firm: "Husch Blackwell LLP is a full-service litigation and business law firm..." This is about the firm, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role and firm context. We'll put that in About the role
with paragraphs.
- Responsibilities: The essential functions list: Application Support & Service Delivery, Operational Leadership, Business Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence, Application Lifecycle Management, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement. Also bullet list of applications supported. So we can put under Responsibilities.
- Requirements: The POSITION REQUIREMENTS section: Bachelor's degree..., 5+ years experience..., etc. Also "Experience supporting financial, accounting, administrative, or legal technology platforms preferred." etc. Also "Experience working within professional services, legal, financial services, or similar environments preferred." etc. Also "Strong understanding of financial, administrative, and operational business processes." etc. Also "Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp products, UKG, or comparable enterprise platforms preferred." etc. Also "Experience supporting reporting and business intelligence platforms." etc. Also "Strong understanding of Microsoft Power BI..." etc. Also "Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report development, administration, and support." etc. Also "Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts preferred." etc. Also "Experience working with application integrations, data flows, and enterprise reporting architectures." etc. Also "Strong customer service, stakeholder relationship management, and vendor management skills."
We can combine Requirements and Qualifications maybe. But we need separate headings if content exists. We have both Requirements and Qualifications sections? The posting lumps them as "POSITION REQUIREMENTS". Could treat as Requirements. Qualifications maybe similar. We could split: Requirements (education, years experience) and Qualifications (specific skills). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one Requirements section covering all. But the instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include those that have content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe overlapping), Skills (maybe separate), Benefits, Pay. Schedule not mentioned (no schedule info). So we omit Schedule.
We need to decide what goes where.
About the role: firm description and role overview: first paragraph(s) up to "This position may be filled remotely, or in any of our locations." plus maybe the role purpose sentence.
Responsibilities: list of essential functions (the bullet points). Could also include the bullet list of applications supported as part of responsibilities.
Requirements: education and years experience: Bachelor's degree..., 5+ years..., Minimum of 3 years experience leading teams..., etc.
Qualifications: maybe the preferred experience: Experience supporting financial, accounting, administrative, or legal technology platforms preferred; Experience working within professional services, legal, financial services, or similar environments preferred; Strong understanding of financial, administrative, and operational business processes; Experience supporting enterprise financial systems, ERP platforms, HR systems, and related business applications; Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp products, UKG, or comparable enterprise platforms preferred; Experience supporting reporting and business intelligence platforms; Strong understanding of Microsoft Power BI...; Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)...; Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts preferred; Experience working with application integrations, data flows, and enterprise reporting architectures; Strong customer service, stakeholder relationship management, and vendor management skills.
Skills: maybe we could separate technical skills vs soft skills. But we could also put under Qualifications. However we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one? But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. If we put both Qualifications and Skills, we need to ensure each has substantive content. We could split: Qualifications: education and experience (maybe that's Requirements). Skills: technical and soft skills. But we already have Requirements for education/experience. Then Qualifications could be the preferred experience and knowledge. Skills could be the specific technical skills (Power BI, SSRS, SQL, Elite 3E, etc.) and soft skills (customer service, stakeholder management). That seems reasonable.
