We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: There's description about firm, role responsibilities, essential functions, etc. So we can have About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities (list of essential functions), Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (maybe similar), Skills (maybe specific technical skills), Benefits (list of benefits), Pay (compensation ranges), Schedule (maybe not given; no schedule info, so omit). Also we must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. For Pay we have specific ranges per state; we can include that. For Benefits we have list: medical and dental coverage; life insurance; short-term and long-term disability insurance; pre-tax flexible spending account; employee assistance program; Paid Time Off; paid holidays; participation in a retirement plan program after meeting eligibility requirements; and more. We'll list those. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (cover letter and resume). Also remove "Principal Applicants Only." etc. We need to format using

headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Financial & Administrative Applications Manager. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's decide sections: - About the role: could be a paragraph summarizing role purpose. The posting includes description: "The Financial & Administrative Applications Manager is responsible for the operational leadership, support, administration, and continuous improvement of the Firm's financial and administrative application portfolio." plus some overview. We'll put that in

. - Responsibilities: list of essential functions (Application Support & Service Delivery, Operational Leadership, Business Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence, Application Lifecycle Management, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement). We'll make a

      with each as
    • maybe with subpoints? But we can keep each as a heading? The instruction: use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list each responsibility as
      • . Could also include sub-bullets? Probably not needed. - Requirements: education and experience: Bachelor's degree..., 5+ years experience..., Minimum 3 years leading teams..., etc. We'll list as
. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we could combine? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they are distinct headings; we could have Requirements covering education/experience, and Qualifications covering preferred experience (financial, accounting, admin, legal tech platforms, etc). However they might be considered similar. To avoid thin sections, maybe we merge into Requirements? But we need to follow headings list; we can include both if they have content. Qualifications: "Experience supporting financial, accounting, administrative, or legal technology platforms preferred. Experience working within professional services, legal, financial services, or similar environments preferred. Strong understanding of financial, administrative, and operational business processes. Experience supporting enterprise financial systems, ERP platforms, HR systems, and related business applications. Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp products, UKG, or comparable enterprise platforms preferred. Experience supporting reporting and business intelligence platforms. Strong understanding of Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, data modeling concepts, and business analytics. Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report development, administration, and support. Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts preferred. Experience working with application integrations, data flows, and enterprise reporting architectures. Strong customer service, stakeholder relationship management, and vendor management skills." That's a lot; could be Skills section. Actually Skills could cover technical and soft skills. Qualifications could be education/experience. But we already have Requirements for education/experience. So we could treat Requirements as education/experience, Qualifications as preferred experience, Skills as technical skills. However that may be many sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we must use headings exactly as given: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can omit sections that lack content. So we need to decide which headings have substantive content. We have content for About the role (overview). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (education/experience). Qualifications (maybe preferred experience). Skills (technical skills). Benefits (list). Pay (compensation ranges). Schedule (none). So we could include all except Schedule. But that's many sections; but each is substantive. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, but if each is substantive, it's okay. We'll include all that have content. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. In Pay we have specific ranges; we should include them. We'll format Pay as maybe a

with the ranges list, or a

. Since it's a list of state ranges, we can use
            • each. We must not include boilerplate like "The above is intended to describe the general content..." etc. Remove that. Also remove "If you need assistance to accommodate a disability, please contact HR." That's boilerplate? It's accommodation statement; could be considered EEO/legal; we should remove. Also remove "Compensation And Benefits" heading; we will create our own Benefits and Pay sections. Also remove "Please include a cover letter and resume when applying." and "EOE/Minority/Female/Disabled/Vet. Principal Applicants Only." Now produce HTML. Structure:

              Skills

Maybe we could combine Skills with Qualifications? But we already have Qualifications covering many skill-like items. However the instruction says use Skills heading for skills. We could move technical skills to Skills and keep Qualifications for experience preferences. But we already put many skill-like items in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could reassign: Qualifications for education/experience? But we already have Requirements for that. Hmm. We could keep Qualifications as "Preferred qualifications" (experience preferences) and Skills as technical skills (Power BI, SSRS, SQL, etc). Let's restructure: Requirements: education + base experience. Qualifications: preferred experience (financial/legal tech platforms, professional services experience, understanding of business processes, enterprise systems experience, Elite 3E/Intapp/UKG, reporting BI experience). Skills: technical skills (Power BI, SSRS, SQL, integrations, customer service, stakeholder/vendor management). But we already listed many items; we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's parse the original "POSITION REQUIRMENTS" block: - Bachelor's degree... - 5+ years experience supporting enterprise business applications. - Minimum of 3 years experience leading teams, projects, or operational functions. - Experience supporting financial, accounting, administrative, or legal technology platforms preferred. - Experience working within professional services, legal, financial services, or similar environments preferred. - Strong understanding of financial, administrative, and operational business processes. - Experience supporting enterprise financial systems, ERP platforms, HR systems, and related business applications. - Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp products, UKG, or comparable enterprise platforms preferred. - Experience supporting reporting and business intelligence platforms. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, data modeling concepts, and business analytics. - Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report development, administration, and support. - Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts preferred. - Experience working with application integrations, data
