Financial Accountant 재무 / 회계

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage project-level financial status and profitability analysis
2. Estimate costs for new projects and review financial feasibility
3. Prepare financial reports and management performance analysis materials
4. Handle U.S. tax filing and IRS-related matters
5. Support financial communication between the Korean headquarters and U.S. local teams

Qualifications

• Practical experience in accounting or tax
• Experience in cost analysis and profitability management
• Ability to prepare financial statements and financial reports
• Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems
• Ability to work in both Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or relevant U.S. accounting certification
• Experience in real estate development, construction, or EPC industries
• Experience in U.S. accounting and tax matters
