About the role

As a Sales Associate, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most by engaging with potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending personalized products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to identify coverage needs and present suitable solutions clearly.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and providing ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and agency sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but passion and determination are key.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and building long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with insurance products is advantageous but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Must be licensed (or willing to obtain licensing).

Pay

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.

Schedule

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
