Job Summary
At Lakeshore Sport & Fitness, we are rebuilding our finance systems and reporting infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced professional to own the connective tissue between our financial platforms, building integrations, automating data flows, and transforming scattered numbers into trusted reporting and insights.
Responsibilities
- Build integrations between financial platforms
- Automate data flows within the organization
- Surface analytics to improve decision-making
- Reduce manual work in finance operations
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar for automation and analysis
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or data/analytics
- Strong independent working skills
- Willingness to grow and adapt as the role expands
