Finance Systems Analyst I

Major Responsibilities

• Support administration of OneStream modules, including Account Reconciliations, Task Manager, and Consolidation workflows
• Perform routine configuration updates, report modifications, and basic business rule changes under established guidelines
• Maintain metadata, workflows, dashboards, and reports with direction from Finance Systems Manager
• Provide day-to-day support to end users, responding to questions and troubleshooting basic issues
• Support financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes from a systems perspective
• Work with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A users to understand reporting needs and assist in delivering solutions
• Provide month-end technical support, including data loads, validation, and maintaining transformation rules
• Monitor system processes and data integrations, identifying issues and escalating when appropriate
• Aid in system enhancements and projects, including gathering requirements, testing, and implementation support
• Contribute to identifying process improvements and support implementation efforts
• Support maintenance of the system roadmap and provide input on enhancement priorities
• Support user training efforts to improve system adoption and understanding

Minimum Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
• Work Experience: 0-1 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong interest in learning finance systems and enterprise applications

Preferred Job Requirements

• Knowledge and Skills: Experience with consolidation software (OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, or BPC)
• Understanding of financial close processes (month-end close, consolidation, and planning)
• Experience in a SOX-controlled environment
• Experience working in a team-based, corporate environment
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data integration concepts
