Major Responsibilities
- Support administration of OneStream modules, including Account Reconciliations, Task Manager, and Consolidation workflows
- Perform routine configuration updates, report modifications, and basic business rule changes under established guidelines
- Maintain metadata, workflows, dashboards, and reports with direction from Finance Systems Manager
- Provide day-to-day support to end users, responding to questions and troubleshooting basic issues
- Support financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes from a systems perspective
- Work with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A users to understand reporting needs and assist in delivering solutions
- Provide month-end technical support, including data loads, validation, and maintaining transformation rules
- Monitor system processes and data integrations, identifying issues and escalating when appropriate
- Aid in system enhancements and projects, including gathering requirements, testing, and implementation support
- Contribute to identifying process improvements and support implementation efforts
- Support maintenance of the system roadmap and provide input on enhancement priorities
- Support user training efforts to improve system adoption and understanding
Minimum Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
- Work Experience: 0-1 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong interest in learning finance systems and enterprise applications
Preferred Job Requirements
- Knowledge and Skills: Experience with consolidation software (OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, or BPC)
- Understanding of financial close processes (month-end close, consolidation, and planning)
- Experience in a SOX-controlled environment
- Experience working in a team-based, corporate environment
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data integration concepts
