About the Opportunity: The Finance Systems Administrator supports the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the financial technology ecosystem. This role ensures core finance tools function effectively, acts as a liaison between finance systems and teams, and maintains integrations across platforms. The position is critical for enabling efficient financial operations and accurate data flow within the organization. 3. Responsibilities: Administer core finance tools including NetSuite, Ramp, and Pigment, managing configurations, user roles, and troubleshooting.Serve as primary contact for Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams to align system functionality with business processes.Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between finance platforms and other systems using tools like Workato.Maintain data integrity through imports, cleansing, deduplication, and adherence to governance.Develop and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards for finance and accounting needs.Resolve system support requests, document processes, and provide end-user training.Assist with system configuration changes, testing, and updates under Financial Systems Manager guidance.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure system workflows meet business and financial policy requirements. 4. Requirements: Experience administering financial systems such as NetSuite, Ramp, Pigment, or similar.Experience with iPaaS tools like Workato for system integrations.Understanding of accounting and finance processes including month-end close, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash.Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and communicate effectively between technical and finance teams.Familiarity with CRM/CPQ/CLM tools impacting financial processes.Proficiency in building reports, saved searches, and dashboards.Experience with data management including imports and cleansing.Knowledge of internal controls and system governance.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot across systems.Collaborative communication style and ability to manage shifting priorities.Bonus: Experience with NetSuite customization (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow) or using AI/automation to enhance financial operations. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base Salary Range $106,000—$125,000 USD 6.
