Finance Specialist

About the role

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is a fast-growing, founder-led company providing essential services to multifamily communities across the country. We're looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Charlotte office team and play a key role in managing working capital, accounts payable, and supporting continued growth to our financial planning & analysis capabilities. This is an in-person role for someone who is organized, persistent, and comfortable communicating with customers and other external / internal stakeholders by phone and email. You'll work closely with leadership and have real visibility and impact as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable for a growing portfolio of vendors and payments
• Track outgoing payments and assist in depositing incoming checks accurately and on time
• Perform periodic bank, payroll and other reconciliations
• Handle collections via phone and email, maintaining professionalism and strong client relationships
• Follow up on past-due invoices and document all outreach
• Maintain clean, accurate records and support month-end reporting
• Coordinate with operations and leadership to resolve payment and billing issues efficiently
• Misc. Additional Tasks and Special Projects on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and miscellaneous finance, planning, and analysis support
• Comfortable making collection calls and sending follow-up emails
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable and able to work in-office Monday–Friday
• Clear, confident communicator who can be firm but professional
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field (or other relevant degree / experience)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $45,000–$50,000 with opportunity for bonus
