About the role
Compass Funding Solutions provides accounts receivable factoring services to trucking companies. This allows our customers (trucking companies) to meet their immediate cash needs.
Job Expectations
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions
- Met/exceed sales quotas as outlined by management
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Team player
- Proficient with technology
- Motivated by growth opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
- Experience in the transportation industry preferred
- 3+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay
Base Salary
Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay
Schedule
8 hour shift Monday-Friday
