Our client is seeking a Finance Revenue Operations Analyst to support critical order management, billing, and revenue operations functions within a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, and Service Delivery teams, helping ensure customer orders are accurately processed from contract review through invoicing and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer order documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal requirements.
  • Validate orders and supporting documentation prior to processing, identifying discrepancies and mitigating issues that may impact billing or revenue recognition.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues and facilitate timely order acceptance and processing.
  • Review and approve orders within Salesforce in accordance with established Finance policies, procedures, and service-level expectations.
  • Manage order entry, updates, and maintenance activities across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business systems.
  • Support the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, including order management, invoicing, and revenue-related workflows.
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity across financial and operational systems.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, reducing order cycle times, and improving customer experience.
  • Support reporting, audits, and ad hoc analysis related to revenue operations, billing, and order management activities.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Order Management, Sales Operations, Billing Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a SaaS, subscription-based, or technology environment preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Zuora Billing, or similar ERP/billing platforms is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C), order-to-cash (O2C), billing, and revenue operations processes.
  • Exposure to revenue recognition concepts and SaaS subscription billing models is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools preferred.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on operational excellence.

Pay

$35.00–$40.00/hour, dependent on fit and experience.
