• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Good project management experience
• Able to understand complex issues / attend meetings and comprehend and scribe the takeaways
• Strong communication - Report back on essence of meetings and actions being discussed
• Finance experience and knowledge of banking products will be helpful
• Can do system testing / requirements writing
