Finance Project Manager | Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied with deliverables.
• Oversee complex, finance-specific data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead teams of Human Data Managers and subject-matter experts in Finance, reviewing their work for quality and compliance.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs regarding massive, high-impact projects to ensure alignment and success.
• Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across finance-driven workflows.
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Have a strong background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Possess at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale or finance-heavy data projects.
• Demonstrate a passion for building from the ground up and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments.
• Have a strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly when engaging with senior finance domain experts.
