Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of digital finance initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Manage project intake, prioritization, and roadmap alignment in accordance with Finance Digital Operations governance.
- Cook up coordination across functional partners including FP&A, Controllership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Establish project governance and secure stakeholder alignment before execution.
- Maintain execution discipline by driving toward clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain transparency into project health through structured reporting and dashboards.
- Provide clear, consistent updates on project status, decisions, risks, and required actions.
- Collaborate with data and systems teams to deliver compliant, scalable, well-governed solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and future improvements.
- Sure up proper documentation and seamless handoff to operational or support teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project or program management experience; experience in Finance or Digital Operations strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of financial processes such as planning, forecasting, reporting, and close.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP, EPM, or financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, HFM, FDSRPT).
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Familiarity with data governance, automation, and digital transformation concepts.
- Experience delivering system implementations, migrations, or enterprise tool rollouts.
- Background or exposure to process optimization or operational excellence.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
