About the role
CGS is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to provide oversight of financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative.
Responsibilities
- Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services.
- Perform and oversee financial and procurements services.
- Frequent contact with the Government Case Managers and other DOJ agency staff.
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
- Oversee a small team of financial analysts.
- Perform an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time.
- Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases.
Qualifications
- At least four years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems.
- Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical support activities simultaneously.
- Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS; outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills.
- Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment in which the work is to be performed, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, and internet and server-based databases and other applications.
- US Citizen required.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Law Degree desirable.

Pay
$74,741.33 - $96,096 per year
