Finance Program Specialist

Position Overview

The Finance Program Specialist will manage and support financial operations within the healthcare or related industry setting. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures, reviewing and correcting financial transactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams for financial compliance and accuracy, and providing analytics and reporting to support financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Three (3) years of accounting experience
• Expert-level Excel knowledge
• Experience establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the program
• Experience reviewing and correcting financial transactions initiated by operational staff prior to posting to the General Ledger
