About the Role
This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scale financial operations within a hospitality and recreation environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance integration workstreams for M&A transactions from due diligence through Day 1 and Day 100 milestones
- Maintain a modular Finance Integration Playbook that evolves with learnings from each deal
- Proactively manage risks and propose issue or risk-mitigating strategies
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver integration solutions that meet business needs
- Serve as the Finance point of contact within the broader deal IMO structure
- Contribute to change management for finance process changes resulting from integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (business or finance preferred)
- 7+ years in finance or finance systems; with 5+ years in finance project or program management
- 3+ years leading Finance M&A integrations, including due diligence support, Day 1 planning, and post-close integration
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

Location: Los Gatos, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $215,000 – $340,000 annually
