Finance Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Finance Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a hospitality and recreation environment. Location: Los Gatos, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $215,000 – $340,000 annually Responsibilities Lead programs from ideation through implementation, defining scope and success outcomes Develop project charters and detailed work plans with milestones and dependencies Track task statuses to identify roadblocks and ensure milestones are met Manage risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies Align business, product, and engineering partners on project priorities and trade-offs Collaborate across teams to shape project approaches and facilitate decisions Translate complex program statuses into concise executive communications Qualifications 7+ years of project or program management experience with complex systems 3+ years focused on finance and accounting processes in a global setting Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or finance Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred Familiarity with PMO tools such as Smartsheet, Coda, or Airtable CPA or equivalent professional finance accreditation is a plus Benefits Comprehensive health plans and mental health support 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Stock option program Disability programs Paid leave of absence programs 35 days of paid time off for full-time hourly employees Immediate flexible time off for full-time salaried employees Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
