Finance & Operations Lead

The role You’ll run the company’s financial operations and the internal processes around them: planning, billing, contributor payments in aggregate, vendors, reporting, and the controls that keep a fast-growing company honest. What you’ll own Budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting with the founders.Customer billing and collections, with partnerships.Contributor payment totals, vendor payments and expense policy.Accounting, tax and audit relationships.The finance stack and the controls, built as the company grows. What you bring Five or more years in finance, accounting or business operations, including time at an early-stage company.You’ve closed books and built models and can do both again.Rigorous, and comfortable owning processes end to end.Clear communication with colleagues outside finance. Helpful, not required CPA or equivalent.Marketplace or contractor-heavy business models.
