What we're looking for

As Finance & Operations Lead at Wordbricks, you will own the company's finance function end to end, from day-to-day accounting oversight to planning and investor-ready reporting, and keep our operations running smoothly as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close in partnership with our external accountants
• Manage cash flow, runway planning, and financial reporting for leadership and investors
• Run vendor, contract, and procurement processes
• Build the lightweight operational processes a growing company needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, or a related role
• Strong understanding of startup accounting and financial planning
• Comfortable being the first finance hire and building the function from zero
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with numbers

Preferred Qualifications

• Finance or operations experience at a venture-backed startup
• Familiarity with operating both US and Korean entities
• CPA or equivalent background
