Finance Operations Internship | Undergraduate or Graduate - Summer 2027

About the Role

Endeavor Global is seeking a detail‑oriented and enthusiastic team member to support the Finance team in analyzing, documenting, and improving financial processes, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The Finance team manages the headquarters’ finance operations, budgeting, and accounting practices. This role will participate in process‑improvement initiatives across key finance operations such as expense management, budgeting, planning, and reconciliations. The intern will also assist with documenting workflows, supporting system implementations or enhancements, and contributing to ad‑hoc projects as needed. The position offers hands‑on exposure to finance operations, process optimization, and emerging technologies within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document financial workflows (such as budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reconciliations) to identify automation opportunities.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with the Finance team to pitch, test, and deploy identified solutions that can help replace manual effort.
• Support the finance team with ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Student Status: Undergraduate rising Junior, rising Senior, or Graduate.
• Strong academic background in Business, Finance and/or Accounting.
• Systems‑ and process‑driven.
• Familiarity with or interest in automation tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Curious and proactive.
• Flexibility and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks.
• A passion for economic development and Endeavor’s mission.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for the 2027 year.

Internship Program Overview

The Endeavor Summer Internship Program gives students 10 weeks to do more than just watch from the sidelines. You’ll be placed side‑by‑side with Headquarters teams in NYC, San Francisco, London, Dubai, or Singapore, owning meaningful projects that move Endeavor forward. You’ll contribute to real work from day one and present your results directly to our CEO. The program includes fireside chats with the CEO, conversations with category‑defining Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and face time with executives across our global HQ. By the end of the summer, you’ll have new skills, relationships across 50+ countries, and a deeper understanding of global entrepreneurship.

Program Details

• Duration: June 7 2027 – August 13 2027 (10 weeks).
• Pay: New York State minimum wage ($17/hr), up to 40 hours/week.
• Structure: Hybrid internship in New York City, three days per week on‑site at Endeavor Global’s HQ in Downtown Manhattan.
