Finance New Grad

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes.
• Maintain and update financial models, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Research and identify trends, variances, and business insights.
• Pearl with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis concepts.
• Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in finance, accounting, or analytics preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate financial information accurately and clearly.
