Finance Manager, TTS Finance

Responsibilities

• Perform TPA Analysis and research drivers contributing to mix change and their associated $ impact.
• Track the implementation of TPA strategy and guide on the updates required during each planning cycle.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles including narrative for strategy and action plan.
• Analyze cost out initiatives and support business leaders for effective execution.
• Analyze ROI of different programs/initiatives and generate actionable insights from large amounts of data.
• Have backbone, disagree and commit to foster constructive dialogues, harmonize conflicting views, resolve issues, and drive decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• PREFERRED: 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience.
• PREFERRED: 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits).
• PREFERRED: MBA, or CPA.
• PREFERRED: Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• PREFERRED: Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
• PREFERRED: Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.

Pay

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

• USA, TX, Irving - 95,400.00 - 163,200.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington - 95,400.00 - 163,200.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Bellevue - 95,400.00 - 163,200.00 USD annually
