TTS Finance is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join its Transportation Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to create and innovate on behalf of our customers and build the transportation experience of the future. This role will have heavy impact and high visibility to the long term strategy for the business, and it will require strong partnership with the Operations teams as well as Finance, Accounting and Technology.

Responsibilities

The role will require an individual to deep dive into business input drivers, dive into complex data pool, and use insights to influence business decisions. The role is ideally suited for a candidate who has demonstrated strong financial modeling and statistical analysis alongside strong verbal and written skills.

• Perform TPA Analysis and research drivers contributing to mix change and their associated $ impact.
• Track the implementation of TPA strategy and guide on the updates required during each planning cycle.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning cycles including narrative for strategy and action plan.
• Analyze cost out initiatives and support business leaders for effective execution.
• Analyze ROI of different programs/initiatives and generate actionable insights from large amounts of data.
• Have backbone, disagree and commit to foster constructive dialogues, harmonize conflicting views, resolve issues, and drive decisions.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to partner with business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• Preferred: 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business
• Preferred: MBA, or CPA
• Preferred: Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Preferred: Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems

The base salary range for this position is $95,400.00 - $163,200.00 USD annually, depending on location. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
