About the role

If you enjoy helping customers secure financing for their dream car, this role coordinates all finance and insurance activities. You’ll assist customers with financing, prepare documentation, and sell extended service contracts and protection products, ensuring deals are completed efficiently, legally, and profitably while enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Offer vehicle financing and insurance, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and manufacturer/dealership service policies.
• Assist customers in obtaining financing for vehicle purchases in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Prepare all state and federal documents related to vehicle purchases accurately and promptly, following legal and procedural requirements.
• Maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure new sales are referred to the F&I department and provide information on finance and lease programs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree and/or experience in finance or a related field, with solid dealership experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, confident and outgoing personality, and professional appearance.
• Strong business acumen, sales aptitude, and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver world-class customer service.
