Finance Manager (Fulltime $100K)

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
• Oversight of full-cycle accounting (GL, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations)
• Preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Tax compliance and strengthening internal controls
• Management of cash flow and working capital
• Process improvements and system optimization
• Internal financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems management
• Preparation and submission of forecast reports
• Review of company financial reports to reduce costs
• Analysis of market trends to maximize profits and identify expansion opportunities
• Risk identification, solution proposal, and stakeholder expectation management
• Research and reporting on business performance influences
• Preparation and presentation of statutory accounts
• Accounts receivable and payable ledger management
• Audit process monitoring and management
• Financial detail monitoring to ensure legal requirements are met
• Continuous improvement of accounting practices

Qualifications

• CPA (USA), Chartered Accountant (CA) with a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 8 to 10 years of experience in the accounts function
• Experience with SAP/Oracle
• PREFERRED: Experience in the manufacturing industry
• IFRS standard expertise
• Understanding of the local market (USA)
