Finance Manager Flywheel Input, Amazon Business Finance

About the role

The role serves as the strategic finance partner with primary focus on Amazon Business (AB) pricing programs. This includes working with the WW AB Flywheel Inputs leadership team, program managers, and cross-functional teams to drive value through financial controllership and strategic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build structure and support high growth in a fledgling organization with senior management visibility

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience

Qualifications

• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

• Subject matter expert in financial analysis and strategy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Base salary range: $104,900.00 - $179,500.00 USD annually
