Finance Manager - F&I EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

About the Role

The Casey Auto Group, a family-owned and operated business since 1958 with six locations in Newport News and Williamsburg, is seeking a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager. This role is responsible for arranging customer financing, presenting additional product offerings, and structuring sales to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, and effectively close deals
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
• Accurately audit team deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

Requirements

• Previous auto sales and F&I experience required
• Strong F&I performance track record with minimum PVR Avg $2100+
• Current active VA Drivers License
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with closing ability and above average CSI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Eagerness to improve
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability

Pay

Base plus commissions: $108,000.00 to $210,000.00 per year
