About the role

Village Pointe Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join their high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing financing, presenting loan/lease options, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Secure financing and present loan/lease options to customers
• Offer and explain F&I products with confidence and transparency
• Ensure all deals comply with state and federal regulations
• Work closely with leaders to secure competitive approvals
• Maintain accurate paperwork and strong attention to detail
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Automotive Finance experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of lending institutions and compliance regulations
• Proven ability to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
