About the role

Round Rock Toyota, a dealership within the Penske Automotive Group, seeks a Finance Manager to enhance customer experiences through effective finance, insurance, and aftermarket product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand and select the best finance, insurance, and aftermarket options for their vehicles.
• Process all deals accurately and efficiently to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Stay updated on current finance, insurance, and aftermarket products and their benefits.
• Provide ongoing education to the sales team on new and existing programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations affecting new and used vehicle finance departments.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with various finance and insurance providers.

Requirements
