Responsibilities

• Help customers understand and select the best finance, insurance, and aftermarket options and products for their vehicle.
• Process all deals accurately and properly to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Provide education and updates to the sales team on current finance and lease programs, as well as the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations affecting new and used vehicle finance departments, and process deals accurately and fairly according to local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with multiple finance and insurance sources to offer a wide range of competitive options for customers.

Requirements
