About The Role
The IDRE Finance Manager leads PRI's IDRE financial operations — overseeing stakeholder payment flows, managing a team of 5–10, and serving as the primary finance contact for insurance payers and non-insurance payers. This is an operational leadership role for someone who thrives on accuracy at scale, stakeholder relationships, and building a high-performing team in a regulated environment.
What you will do
- Lead and develop an operations-focused finance team of 5-10
- Own end-to-end deposit processing, cash application, refund issuance, and collections
- Serve as the primary finance contact for external payer stakeholders
- Deliver operational performance reporting to the VP of Finance
- Ensure financial operations meet CMS regulatory requirements and remain audit-ready
What we are looking for
- 6+ years of finance or accounting operations experience, including 3+ years managing a team
- Background in high-volume cash operations — AR, cash application, refunds, or payment processing
- Comfortable as the primary finance contact for external clients or payers
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
