Finance Internship

About the role

As a Government Contracting Finance Intern, you will support the finance team in performing analysis and quality controls for Government deliverables. The internship is cross‑functional between finance and government contracting departments, offering opportunities to develop functional and technical skills. Learning is primarily on‑the‑job, paced to your abilities and aligned with corporate needs. This is a temporary summer internship (with possible extension) and all work is on‑site at 2309 Renard Pl SE, Suite 200, Albuquerque, NM 87106.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and quality control tasks on Government deliverables.
• Assist with ad‑hoc analysis as assigned.
• Collaborate across finance and contracting teams to develop functional and technical opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of undergraduate study toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business (preferably Finance, Accounting, or a related field).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through organizations, clubs, or prior jobs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
