Finance Intern - GTM - NBS

Job Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple sources to support weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Enhance existing reporting to improve scalability, automation, and usability.
• Analyze GTM performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support forecasting and planning processes with data-driven insights.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Document reporting logic and data definitions to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within GTM reporting and analytics.
• Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested by the manager.

Requirements

• Working towards a degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Prior internship experience working in Accounting & Finance departments.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• PC skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, generate insights, improve documentation, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Demonstrates strong ability to prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and business models in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working through ambiguous problems and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Good oral and written communication.
