Finance Intern
About the role
The Finance Intern position is a student term position, starting on September 8, 2026, and ending on December 18, 2026. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Process general accounting functions of basic complexity, including journal entry preparation and bank deposits
- Perform account reconciliations
- Prepare regularly scheduled expense analysis
- Update and prepare regularly scheduled reports, distribute approved reports
- Provide filing and administrative support to internal partners
- Perform other related duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education, pursuing a degree in accounting or finance
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting rules
- Experience using MS Office applications, including Excel
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Able to learn quickly, adapt, and apply learning to new situations
- Proven collaboration skills with various teams
Benefits

The salary offered for this role is determined with consideration to various factors, including but not limited to: your work location, local labour market conditions, external market salary data, internal pay equity, and the knowledge, skills, experience, and anticipated proficiency in the role. The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $22.67/hr - $24.91/hr.
