About the Role

The intern will have opportunities to meet, interact, observe, and contribute to various business situations. They will work under the supervision of a mentor, interacting with staff across different areas and participating in operational practices, strategic initiatives, and support for service line needs.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled or completed a Baccalaureate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Management is preferred.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Must be well-organized, prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
  • Effective time management and critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Open to learning and willing to take on new responsibilities.
  • Highly collaborative, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance.

Compensation
