Finance Intern (Fall/Winter 2026)

This position will be based out of our corporate office located in Hummelstown, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Organize & sort data for invoice creation.
  • Run reports needed for weekly billing.
  • Enter all invoices into billing system in a timely manner and audit work to ensure accuracy.
  • Enter data into client-based systems.
  • Know and use additional tools and programs to research & verify discrepancies and billing issues for clients.
  • Communicate to clients any changes made to invoices.
  • Research and resolve billing questions, complaints, and grievances.
  • Communicate to payroll team any changes made that affect hours.
  • Perform bookkeeping work, including creating invoices.
  • Have a complete understanding of the assigned billing process.
  • Have a thorough understanding of all billing policies and consistently apply them on a weekly basis for all billing items.
  • Process the hours reconciliation report and resolve any discrepancies for the billing team.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or in pursuit of) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software systems.
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate (written, verbal and non-verbal) clearly and maintain a consistent professional and positive, upbeat manner.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be proactive and service-oriented with keen attention to detail; ability to anticipate needs required.
  • Steel-toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Previous internship or past financial-related work experience.
