This position will be based out of our corporate office located in Hummelstown, PA.
Responsibilities
- Organize & sort data for invoice creation.
- Run reports needed for weekly billing.
- Enter all invoices into billing system in a timely manner and audit work to ensure accuracy.
- Enter data into client-based systems.
- Know and use additional tools and programs to research & verify discrepancies and billing issues for clients.
- Communicate to clients any changes made to invoices.
- Research and resolve billing questions, complaints, and grievances.
- Communicate to payroll team any changes made that affect hours.
- Perform bookkeeping work, including creating invoices.
- Have a complete understanding of the assigned billing process.
- Have a thorough understanding of all billing policies and consistently apply them on a weekly basis for all billing items.
- Process the hours reconciliation report and resolve any discrepancies for the billing team.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (or in pursuit of) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software systems.
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate (written, verbal and non-verbal) clearly and maintain a consistent professional and positive, upbeat manner.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be proactive and service-oriented with keen attention to detail; ability to anticipate needs required.
- Steel-toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment.

- Previous internship or past financial-related work experience.
