Finance Intern

Fox Pest Control is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented in-office Finance intern to support our finance and accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting, budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations within a service based business.

Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Help track expenses, invoices, and payments
- Assist with basic financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong Communication and willingness to learn
- Experience with accounting Software preferred
