Finance Intern

Summer 2023 paid Internship positions are designed to make a real‑life impact on the millions of customers who embrace Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) products. The 10‑week program provides hands‑on experience creating products, exposure to industry customers, and interaction with top‑level strategists and the RAA executive committee.

Overview

In this 10‑week specialized program, you will be exposed to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions. You will assist the FP&A team and learn the fundamentals of e‑commerce and wholesale business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial modeling
• Assist with special projects
• Partner with general accounting to investigate variances
• Learn the fundamentals of forecasting and projections for various company divisions
• Prepare and organize information for executive summaries
• Participate and collaborate in meetings and projects
• Ask questions and communicate needs
• Work in‑office Monday‑Friday, with Friday being a half‑day
• Complete a group project under a mentor, researching and presenting a solution or recommendation to organizational leaders

Requirements

• Business, Finance, or related major
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (preferred)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)

Schedule

Work in‑office Monday‑Friday; Friday is a half‑day.
