Responsibilities

• Participate in Peak University, including one-hour training sessions daily with experienced advisors.
• Attend Peak Bootcamp and Intern Bootcamp for leadership and professional development.
• Engage in Trainual, a comprehensive financial planning training program.
• Mock client reps to practice financial advising skills.
• Receive one-on-one mentorship and participate in Toastmasters for communication skills.
• Join Kingdom Advisors Study Group to integrate faith with finances.
• Prepare for and take the 65 Exam Prep and CFP®/CKA® Credential exams.
• Assist advisors in preparing financial plans, tax reports, and client meeting presentations.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks and fulfill routine client service requests.

• No prior experience necessary.
• Strong desire to grow and develop within a fast-growing startup.
• Passionate about helping clients achieve financial security.
